Rules for booking

When enquiring about a tour, kindly fill in a detailed form provided by us.

please specify the number of adults and /or kids correctly.

Kindly follow all rules and regulations. During the tour or excursion (by any means of transportation or walking), every tourist is to follow general rules and requirements which guarantee normal and safe tours and excursions (e.g. museums visits, concerts, excursions, walk-outs, etc.).

Violation of any such rules may become the cause of termination of tourists' participation in the tour. No compensation from the Company is rendered, under such violations.

Payment mode

After confirmation of your tour, you need to pay the entire amount applicable to us. The receipt shall be made available to you as soon as the payment is made.

Payment can be made by cash or wire transfer to account.However a full refund is made if you cancel the tour within 2 days of confirmation. You can mail to us for cancelling the tour and return us the copy of the receipt.

Cancellation procedure

Cancellation of the tour implies deduction from the tour cost under the following circumstances.

20 days before the tour date : 10% of your tour packages

Before 15 days of the tour date: 20% of your tour packages

Before 10 days of the tour date : 40% of your tour packages

Before 5 days of the tour date: 50% of your tour package.

There shall be no refund after that as it is considered to be a confirmed booking
